Governor Shapiro Renews Executive Order and Lt. Governor Davis Named Co-Chair of PA ELIC

At the Pennsylvania Early Learning Investment Commission’s (PA ELIC) 2023 annual meeting in December, Governor Josh Shapiro signed Executive Order 2023-22 reinvigorating PA ELIC under his Administration to continue the public-private partnership that brings together leaders to make recommendations and policy for early learning.

Lieutenant Governor Austin Davis will serve as co-chair of PA ELIC, joining Stephanie Doliveira, Executive Vice President of People and Culture at Sheetz. Dr. Janet Haas, Chairman Emeritus of the William Penn Foundation, will serve as an honorary co-chair.
